Everything begins with a comprehensive project analysis. During this preliminary phase, you share your project details and all related materials with us (visuals, tech packs, mood boards). We carefully review this information to design the most suitable product for your needs and, if necessary, create design mockups aligned with your vision and brand guidelines.
For example:
Taking all these elements into consideration, we shape the project together with you and deliver the final product that best represents your brand.

Our integrated pattern-making department provides full flexibility by offering two different approaches tailored to the maturity level of your project when creating your collection’s patterns.
1. Your Tech Pack, Our Precision
If you already have a detailed Tech Pack and an accurate size chart, Inkitex Textile follows all your specifications precisely. We transform your technical data into production-ready patterns that reflect the exact volume and drape you envision. To ensure perfect consistency from XS to XXL, we meticulously follow your grading (size increments).
2. Your Customization
If you do not have a defined size chart, we can work from our existing pattern bases. Starting from our tested and optimized templates—such as an oversize t-shirt, a box-fit hoodie, or a fitted polo—we make all necessary adjustments to match your design. Since Inkitex Textile operates as a fully custom manufacturing facility, every detail can be modified. We do not simply apply a preset template; we can completely reshape the structure of the garment, its cut, panels (yokes), assembly method, and the proportions of every size from scratch.

Once the technical and aesthetic specifications of your project are finalized, we provide a precise and definitive quotation. Our pricing is clear and transparent, with no hidden costs. It covers all production variables—from raw materials (fabrics and trims) and branding (including setup fees) to final assembly and packaging. Shipping costs can either be included in the unit price or listed separately, depending on your preference.
As we offer volume discounts, our quotations can be presented in tiered quantity brackets. Our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) per design are as follows:
Stock fabrics & colors: Minimum 100 pieces
Pantone colors (custom dyeing): Minimum 300 pieces
Highly specific fabrics: Subject to variable minimums
Our quotation includes:
Unit price (Euro) – (USD) – (GBP)
Delivery terms: FOB / CIF / DAP / CIP / FCA
Quantity-based price tiers (e.g., 300 / 3,000 / 30,000 units)
Prototype (sample) cost

This stage is the most critical point where your project comes to life. Before starting mass production, we create the first sample—a prototype that allows you to physically see and evaluate every element of the garment, including the pattern, fabric, branding applications, and trims.
This sample is shipped to you for fitting and approval. While Pantone colors cannot be matched exactly in samples, color studies that closely align with your desired shades are provided alongside the prototype.
You may request modifications or adjustments to any detail of the garment, and all revisions will be applied to the final production.
→ Lead time: 7 to 10 days

Once the prototype is approved, Inkitex Textile initiates the industrial production process. This stage consists of a series of interconnected and meticulously planned operations:
Sourcing: Procurement of all required fabrics and trims from reliable suppliers, followed by thorough quality control procedures.
Cutting: Preparing the fabrics using high-precision cutting machines based on the approved patterns and completed grading
Branding: Applying printing, embroidery, or other branding techniques onto the pre-cut panels.
Assembly: Constructing the garments in accordance with our quality standards by our skilled production teams.
Finishing & Packing: Performing ironing, thread cleaning, final shaping, and packing each piece into individual polybags, followed by the final quality inspection.
→ Total production lead time:
* With stock fabrics: 4 weeks
* With custom-produced (dyed/woven) fabrics: 6–8 weeks

Once your products are ready, we immediately proceed with the shipment process. Depending on your delivery timeline and budget requirements, we organize logistics in a flexible and efficient manner:
* Road Freight:
A cost-effective and reliable standard transportation method, delivering to Europe in approximately 2 weeks.
* Air Freight:
A fast and efficient option for time-sensitive shipments, ensuring delivery in around 3 days.
In addition, we manage the entire logistics process from our facility to your warehouse to ensure smooth and problem-free delivery (DAP). Upon request, we can also handle import customs procedures on your behalf (DDP).
If you prefer to use your own carrier, we prepare the goods for direct pickup from Turkey (FCA).
Alternatively, if you wish to use your own shipping network, we can deliver the goods ready for loading onto the vessel at the designated port. All freight and insurance processes after loading are managed by you (FOB).
→ Average lead times:
Road freight: 2 weeks
Air freight: 3 days
