Organic Cotton and Recycled Polyester

Minimum Order Quantity: 300 Pieces

Fabrics with ecological features such as organic cotton and recycled polyester are an ideal choice for brands aiming to reduce their environmental impact.
As these fabrics require special production processes unlike standard stock items, we require a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces per design to initiate production. This quantity ensures that both the supply of certified raw materials and the sustainable production chain can be managed efficiently and accurately.

Our Certified Eco-Friendly Fabrics

Organic Cotton (GOTS Certified)

We offer organic fabrics made from cotton grown without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or toxic substances. The GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification is the most comprehensive standard, guaranteeing not only the verification of organic fiber content but also compliance with environmental and social criteria at every stage of production.

Recycled Polyester (GRS Certified)

We provide GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled polyester fabric options suitable for a wide range of product groups, from sportswear to outerwear.
The GRS certification officially verifies that the polyester fibers used are derived from post-consumer waste such as plastic bottles, while also ensuring that environmental and social responsibility criteria are met at every stage of production. In other words, not only the use of recycled raw materials but the entire supply chain—from processing to the final product—is sustainably audited.

For this reason, GRS-certified recycled polyester is a highly effective option for brands seeking to reduce the environmental impact of their collections, particularly their carbon footprint. Moreover, while delivering all these sustainability benefits, no compromise is made on fabric performance or durability. Technical advantages such as breathability suitable for sportswear, strength for outerwear, and long-lasting quality are fully maintained.

Custom Fabrics and Colors → Minimum Order Quantity: 300 Pieces

When you want to create a look unique to your brand or project, we offer custom fabric production services that go beyond standard fabric options. Regardless of your aesthetic expectations, technical requirements, or brand identity, we customize every detail—from knit or weave structure to color accuracy. These productions are carried out with a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces per design (this quantity may be higher for highly technical requirements).

Color Customization

To ensure perfect harmony within your collection, we match the fabric color exactly to your Pantone reference or to a physical sample you provide. Before proceeding with bulk dyeing, we prepare a “lab dip” sample to verify and confirm the color with your approval. This process ensures flawless consistency in your brand’s color identity.

Composition, Weight, and Structure Design

We understand that every project requires a different touch. Therefore, we fully customize:

  • Fabric composition (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.)
  • Fabric weight (GSM value)
  • Knit or woven structure

Whether your target is a specific hand feel, drape, durability, or technical performance, we optimize these characteristics in line with production requirements. Based on your Technical Package (Tech Pack) needs, we can also develop fabric structures exclusively for your brand.

Garment Dyeing and Special Washing Techniques

We shape not only the fabric but also its appearance and character. Thanks to our expert team, post-assembly dyeing and washing processes give garments a distinctive and complementary style:

  • Garment Dyeing: The product is dyed after sewing, resulting in a more natural, unique look with subtle tonal variations.
  • Enzyme and Silicone Washing: Creates an ultra-soft “peach skin” feel and smoothens the fabric surface.
  • Stone Washing: Ideal for a vintage, worn-in, and lightly distressed appearance; especially popular for denim and rock-style T-shirts.
  • Acid / Snow Washing: Delivers high-contrast, marble-like effects—perfect for bold and eye-catching designs.
