Depending on the embroidery technique, production processes may vary. To ensure consistent quality, we primarily use Madeira brand embroidery threads, known for their international standards, durability, and color stability. Alternative thread brands can be incorporated into production based on our customers’ specific requests.
According to the characteristics of the product, design structure, and application area, we offer Polyester or Viscose embroidery thread options. The selection of the appropriate thread type is made by our technical team in accordance with compatibility requirements. The periodic maintenance of our embroidery machines, routine cleaning procedures, and the selection of needle sizes tailored to each product are meticulously monitored throughout the entire production process to ensure consistent quality assurance.
Post-embroidery finishing plays a crucial role in both aesthetic appearance and user comfort. To prevent discomfort during skin contact and to enhance product durability, a special interlining (backing) application is applied to the reverse side of all embroidered surfaces. The type of interlining used is determined based on the product model, embroidery density, and customer preferences, ensuring the most suitable solution for every item.
Interlining application methods and production steps are tailored according to customers’ design requirements, model expectations, and quality demands. At the beginning of production, all necessary quality control procedures, technical evaluations, and model approvals are conducted by our team and shared with our customers, ensuring a transparent and reliable production process.
